Jacqueline Greig

Jacqueline Greig, 44, was born in San Francisco, grew up in the Mission District, and attended St. John Ursuline High School for Girls before attending San Francisco State University, where she graduated in 1988 with honors and a degree in international business. She worked for the California Public Utilities Commission for 21 years and was a member of its Division of Ratepayer Advocates. She also was a member of the natural gas committee on the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates. She is survived by husband, James; daughter, Gabriela; parents Agustin and Maria Elena Macedo; brother Hector Macedo and wife Reyna; in-laws Terry Greig; James and Diane Greig; Leo and Suzette Cabatu; Brian and Wendy Daniels; Don and Lara Hull; nieces and nephews Hector and April Macedo; Catalina and Mariana Cabatu; Larkin and Declan Hull. Friends may visit Thursday, September 16th, 2010 after 6:00pm and invited to attend a Vigil Service for Jacqueline and Janessa at 7:00pm at Saint Cecilia's Church, (17th Ave and Vicente), 2555 17th Ave., San Francisco, CA. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Cecilia's Church on Friday at 11 am with internment at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1500 Mission Rd., Colma, CA. A reception will be hosted at St Cecilia's Church immediately following the services at Holy Cross Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established at the Bank of the West located at 295 Bush Street in San Francisco, CA 94104 under the title of "The Greig Family Memorial Fund".
